Piccadilly Circus, London, where Budgie first attempted to learn the art of scamming unwitting tourists by flogging them bent or shoddy merchandise...(whilst keeping a sharp eye out for the coppers of course)...he never did quite get the hang, although Budgie usually ended up making a quid or two...the chancer that he was. He rarely kept his meagre proceeds for very long though, rather, he usually ended up playing the arcade pintables or having a drink or two and a bit of a nosh-up!
