Scene #1  Episode 27

In this opening shot, Budgie is desperate and in need of money
after being beaten and warned-off by Charlie Endell a month previous:
But he thinks he has a little 'insurance policy'. 
This comes in the form of a special reel of film...
a very incriminating "porno movie" involving Charlie and a 16 year old girl,
which 'Budge' had enterprisingly half-inched from Charlie's office a few weeks before his attack.
 Realising it's potential value, our chirpy, cockney friend, swiftly locked this celluloid treasure away in BR left-luggage locker #17 at St Pancras Railway Station.
Now, ith the cannister now removed from it's hiding place and safely under his arm, Budgie has gone to Tottenham Court Road underground where his old mate Jackie Fordyce, (whom he had confided with about his secret stash), is supposed to be waiting.
Jackie had promised to take him to a rich, mystery geezer, (a staunch  enemy of CE's), greatly interested in striking a deal for said flick. 

It's not long before Mr Endell gets wind that Budgie is back on the streets of central London.
Clearly, this "vile and evil individual", (in Charlie's own words), hasn't learnt his lesson, and what's more, has red-hot property belonging to him!
